Co-Founder & Jewelry DesignerMatin Khoushehchin is a creative and passionate jewelry designer, manufacturer, and instructor with over 17 years of experience in the jewelry industry. With a master's degree in Textile Machinery Engineering, he brings a distinctive approach to jewelry design, seamlessly blending classic craftsmanship with modern aesthetics. Matin is known for creating innovative, high-quality custom pieces that embody both technical mastery and artistic soul.
Pegah Novin
Co-Founder & Jewelry DesignerPegah Novin is an award-winning jewelry designer, instructor, and author who has been shaping the world of jewelry since 2008. Holding a master's degree in Western Philosophy, Pegah infuses her work with profound conceptual narratives, bringing deeper meaning and emotional resonance to every piece she creates. Her designs are celebrated for their thoughtful symbolism, refined beauty, and storytelling spirit.
Together, Matin and Pegah are the founders of Rose Gold Empire, a distinguished jewelry house where art meets heritage. Inspired by the rich tapestry of Eastern culture and ancient symbols, they craft unique pieces in silver, gold, and natural stones — each creation a timeless bridge between tradition and modernity. At Rose Gold Empire, jewelry is more than adornment; it is a celebration of culture, history, and the enduring human spirit.
Driven by a deep commitment to craftsmanship and education, Matin and Pegah also founded Aldhahab Alahmar, a jewelry academy dedicated to nurturing the next generation of artists and jewelers. Specializing in Matrix software and wax modeling, she transforms
ideas into meaningful, modern pieces. As an instructor, Zarlasht
imparts her knowledge with the same care and intention she applies to each design—where craftsmanship and creativity come together to
